Project & Program Management
Our Project Managers optimally utilise the PMBOK knowledge areas. We provide oversight for a formal, on-going program/project(s) and all related activities (people and processes) associated with an intended outcome and timeline. Practical experience of project managers is coupled with post-graduate academic qualifications.
Core deliverables
- Technical specifications for the fabrication of the Solar Energy systems and installation specifications in line with the South African National Standards
(SANS) and South African Bureau of Standards (SABS) - Training and certification of installers and, or end-users on Low and High ressure EVT and Flat plates systems.
- Procurement processes with an eye on the local content as prescribed by the Department of Trade and Industry.
- Crafting of Communication strategies and Social facilitation in the areas where projects are rolled out.
- Project Management such as drafting project charter, crafting and overseeing project master plans.
- Quality management.
- Stakeholder engagement and management.
- Research and Development, including base, mid and end-line studies.
